This forum is to trial 'posted notification email' - whereby you will get a post in your email box - for you to answer.

So in the meantime, just go to any new post, and add
With messaging - go to someones message thread, and be guided on the section to pick pull extrapolate. (with pendulum if encessary) and edit and add (with another color adding your name beside the additional material)
The same as sessions - pendulum is the most efficient means at times.
