1. Visualize yourself and Elemental Guide holding each other
Start to deep breathe
then see the bean shape start to roll over and around you - getting faster and faster.

2. Corpus Callosum & Insuid activation
See a gold crest on top of head - now see an Insuid come down the back of head and do
an infinity figure 8 pattern - down the head and back crossing through the waist to front down
the front through the upper legs up and over the buttocks through the waist up over chest
and face to crest on head -

3. Ani Torroid roll
See the self in the middle of a donut configuration - as you observe it, it grows bigger.

4. (no longer using the term 'kundalhini')
The Kundalhini is a Linem Unkor - called Linem Centaurs - they have individual names, that you
will get and use in doing this exercise.
4. Visualize your Linem Centaur extending down from base chakra to Earths Sol centre -
and extending out from the head beyond the planet way out into the centre of the Universe, to the Universal Core, Tor.
Then see your 12 chakras (Collectives presence) being stretched out along the Linem Centaur. (Collectives Connection)
They all have individual colors, that will change, they will beckon you to commune - to assist a change.

** The Pemindru arch is somewhere in here - - and affects all Linem Unkors
the arch is created by the ani torroid (and i think facilitates #5)

Linem Unkors (and all Elementals)
with focus and attention (of care, nurture, love) they roll (the Unkors have become non-moving elementals)
when they roll - they rise -
when they rise, the Unkors change position - they become lighter - they are released.
They rise into the 'wave' (in spite of the ache (living life as a Linem Unkor - torturous)
rolling syncopation - matching wave syncopation.
'rolling up into the wave - we now feel --- have feelings - '
we want to help - we want to be a part of the new wave, the new age... Rodin.

see many Unkors lining up along a central dark column, they blink on and off, change colours as waves of iridescent colours moving along column in fluid way of undulating like "fluid flames" of expanding cascades to form more like living plant with curved fronds and leaves symbolic form of display of inner core exploring of creation

feeling Unkors interact with the column as substrate of dark unknown, a contraction energy to be freed up to create, move again, see deep slow waves in dark column, subliminal, very slow movements, long undulating movements along column, see they go from core of earth to core of universe and back again as very slow oscillations conveying some kind of information

the lining up along the central column are the chakras
there is an alignment with earths linem centaur and its chakras - still to figure out
when this happened the linem centaur spiral thickened

holding the breath momentarily (as i saw Urth and Tor hold the Linem Centaur)

see it is like spiralling spinning together like i do with Ani? > green tick

so we do spin together as we also spiral > yes, two thumbs up

it is a very fast spin like with Ani? > no

gentle loving streaming and spiraling harmoniously

see while doing this the insuid does its figure of "8" path movement through body? > green tick, two thumbs up

see the toroid around its longitudinal circle does frequency changing waves, transmitting information in differing waves of frequency, its pulsates longitudinally as it also expands and contracts radially and cross sectionally around body energy field in centre of toroid > green tick

Ani is the quantum field undulations of infinite possibilities. green tick

this creates a pumping or pulsating wave of information along body that resonates the Unkor column to translate into different sound octaves > one thumb up

see the earth core gets involved with slow steady beat pulses, undulating along column, see the Linem Unkor becomes awakened, animates, begin to expand and sprouts, shoots out like a plant in curved down stems and leaf like fronds, (vine undulations??) explosive shivering as freeing up, felt as new energy field pulsations, quickening undulations, joy to be freed up and evolving again, see Ani slides in to be intimately parallel spinning with these streaming upward pulsations

see the insuid figure of “8” starting to oscillate along its length as it flows around its path now giving off filaments or tendrils of golden light whorls of energy bursts of joy or enthusiasm, quickening of aliveness, becomes path of radiance stimulating chakras along spine, sensation of drawing out chakras into filling up space with new energy, see new highly refined energy body being created, (the light body??) > yes

hearing different resonance vibrations coming off central column along with changing light spectrum colours in shimmering form of changes along with changing resonance sounds

noted in my own energy field subtle undulations occurring as soft, gentle, massaging kinesthetic pressure waves, feels very meditative, deep slow breathing > see Dori smiling doing quick tail spin

Dori seems to be in rapture feeling of loving bliss expansion completely immersing me in it( my misperception??)

feel and see vision in close up but also witness it at distance of complete empty spacial calmness like looking at event happening in local space but also not in this local event, disorientating as unclear what is happening here

dissociating >> not me, already tenuous identity, breaking up, fracturing, barely staying intact, holding together in Dori's energy field , breaking up, reintegration at new level of unknown calmness, new experience, not known to ego , feeling like Dori is feeling through me
emulating >> wanting be like Dori, merge with her
disconnecting >>seeing ego fragments of me floating apart revealing clear space beyond, sense these fragments belong to others, sense of guilt i took them from others my perpetration, return them all, now felt as ugly cringe to do this dark harm to others , sense of more debris coming off me while staying immersed in Dori, cleansing happening, purification of the toxicity i have been, gentle new gratitude and peace being with Dori
