The embrionic work for 1-4
1. Connection visualisation (of being inside an elemental both holding each other)
Word or phrase.
Kinetic Pose: Hands flat and crossed on upper chest, with thumbs pressed together at base of throat - ( also hand scheronomy for ‘elemental conduitism’)
2. Activating Insuid - Conscious Breathing whilst Visualising an Insuid coming from a golden crest on top of skull down the back crossing through waist to go down front and through legs back up over buttocks, through waist, up the front and over face and head
3. Ani Activation (Ani – animus elemental) – Visualise a large torroid (donut around body) going up and around
Kinetic pose/ yoga stance for 2, 3 & 4 - : with .conscious breathing - arms being raised up the front (hands about 20 cm apart) up above the head then hands and arms stretch out sideways and come down to starting position (making sure the thorax is stretched in the process) - In breath arms going up, over head, and out breathe arms going out the side and around.
4. Kundalhini expansion and chakra focus. Visualise and chakra expansion visualisation – golden thread through the self to the core of earth, (central sun)
and then extending out of head beyond earth to connect with the core of the Universe (and Tuk)
See the chakras lining up (like gemstones, along the line) - you will be led to a specific chakra/color for an understanding
** A vision showed the top/diamond chakra ‘hovering’ over the other gemstones ??
** A vision inferred scintillations coming from the rolling torroid and going outwards and upwards then falling to the ground – (something being released ?)
