carved in stone mainly sandstone, loosely stacked together, that have become
elevated path that goes up hill past the museum, have to negotiate path as
unstable under feet holding on to very slim tree trunks or vines growing up
through the sculptures which move loosely under feet
joined by two men in safari outfits also wandering over sculptures, they too are
clinging to tree trucks for stability, but one of them talking to me(vaguely has
face of ToravaaH) he does not pay attention to where he is putting his feet and
falls forward down a steep slope below sculptures for about 30 feet, he seems to
have broken his left angle and mashed his foot, he lies there stunned, not moving
he is now in severe pain
now naked, his body changed from robust healthy to extreme emaciation, wasted
away and his left foot is like turning into yellow rotting fungating flesh, he is
attempting to crawl out of where he has fallen on gentle slope on all fours but
barely moving, excruciatingly slow progress
