The embrionic work for 1-4

1. Connection visualisation (of being inside an elemental both holding each other)
Word or phrase.
Kinetic Pose: Hands flat and crossed on upper chest, with thumbs pressed together at base of throat - ( also hand scheronomy for ‘elemental conduitism’)

2. Activating Insuid - Conscious Breathing whilst Visualising an Insuid coming from a golden crest on top of skull down the back crossing through waist to go down front and through legs back up over buttocks, through waist, up the front and over face and head

3. Ani Activation (Ani – animus elemental) – Visualise a large torroid (donut around body) going up and around
Kinetic pose/ yoga stance for 2, 3 & 4 - : with .conscious breathing - arms being raised up the front (hands about 20 cm apart) up above the head then hands and arms stretch out sideways and come down to starting position (making sure the thorax is stretched in the process) - In breath arms going up, over head, and out breathe arms going out the side and around.

4. Kundalhini expansion and chakra focus. Visualise and chakra expansion visualisation – golden thread through the self to the core of earth, (central sun)
and then extending out of head beyond earth to connect with the core of the Universe (and Tuk)

See the chakras lining up (like gemstones, along the line) - you will be led to a specific chakra/color for an understanding
** A vision showed the top/diamond chakra ‘hovering’ over the other gemstones ??



** A vision inferred scintillations coming from the rolling torroid and going outwards and upwards then falling to the ground – (something being released ?)

ALL 1-4 ARE ABOUT FOCUS AND ATTENTION - TO CAUSE MOVEMENT IN THE ELEMENTALS
IT IS THROUGH THEIR ROLLING AND SPINNING (THROUGH HUMANS ATTENTION ON THEM - THEY
FACILITATE CHANGES IN THE HUMAN.

1. Visualize yourself and Elemental Guide holding each other
Start to deep breathe
then see the bean shape start to roll over and around you - getting faster and faster.

this (along with the vision & intention of - progresses #2
2. Corpus Callosum & Insuid activation
See a gold crest on top of head - now see an Insuid come down the back of head and do
an infinity figure 8 pattern - down the head and back crossing through the waist to front down
the front through the upper legs up and over the buttocks through the waist up over chest
and face to crest on head -

3. Ani Torroid roll
See the self in the middle of a donut configuration - as you observe it, it grows bigger.

4. (no longer using the term 'kundalhini')
The Kundalhini is a Linem Unkor - called Linem Centaurs - they have individual names, that you
will get and use in doing this exercise.
4. Visualize your Linem Centaur extending down from base chakra to Earths Sol centre -
and extending out from the head beyond the planet way out into the centre of the Universe, to the Universal Core, Tor.
Then see your 12 chakras (Collectives presence) being stretched out along the Linem Centaur. (Collectives Connection)
They all have individual colors, that will change, they will beckon you to commune - to assist a change.

** The Pemindru arch is somewhere in here - - and affects all Linem Unkors
the arch is created by the ani torroid (and i think facilitates #5)

Linem Unkors Transformation

Linem Unkors (and all Elementals)
with focus and attention (of care, nurture, love) they roll (the Unkors have become non-moving elementals)
when they roll - they rise -
when they rise, the Unkors change position - they become lighter - they are released.
They rise into the 'wave' (in spite of the ache (living life as a Linem Unkor - torturous)
rolling syncopation - matching wave syncopation.
'rolling up into the wave - we now feel --- have feelings - '
we want to help - we want to be a part of the new wave, the new age... Rodin.

see many Unkors lining up along a central dark column, they blink on and off, change colours as waves of iridescent colours moving along column in fluid way of undulating like "fluid flames" of expanding cascades to form more like living plant with curved fronds and leaves symbolic form of display of inner core exploring of creation

feeling Unkors interact with the column as substrate of dark unknown, a contraction energy to be freed up to create, move again, see deep slow waves in dark column, subliminal, very slow movements, long undulating movements along column, see they go from core of earth to core of universe and back again as very slow oscillations conveying some kind of information

I am guided to visualize the expanding linem centaur as a vine (which gathers more tendrils and leaves as it extends)
'encompassing inclusions - linem unkors are attraced to released Linem Centaur ' (incidentally mine is named Scaarn)

the lining up along the central column are the chakras
there is an alignment with earths linem centaur and its chakras - still to figure out
when this happened the linem centaur spiral thickened

my breath became in breath out to Tor
holding the breath momentarily (as i saw Urth and Tor hold the Linem Centaur)
then an out breath

'It is understanding and developing the new Linem Centaur containment field - that initiates #5 (and that understanding)
initiating intervention collectives.

i first saw the linem centaur as a spiraling vine - with tendrils coming out along the extension ( i am leaving out the chakra work here, just concentrating on linem centaur development)

(connecting to Earths SOL and core of earth (2 different things)
core of earth (Earths linem unkor, called 'Baalmod Ma') (the same false god /pagan god 'Baal' )
in the connection my linem centaur became thicker - with a many intertwined vine spiralling thickness
Linem Centaur and Urth Linem Centaur Alignment Crassation
'no longer contracts'
(our linem centaur connects with earths SOL and aligns with earths (linem centaur ) core and connects to Univers Core.

Seeing Urths Linem Centaur now expands out to Univer Core (Tor) and to Univ Central SOL Tuk.

Scaarn (my linem centaur) expanding energy (to core of urth) facilitates momentum and joy. (in the linem centaur, and self)
Baalmods expanding core and new energy field - energises Urths SOL, urths containment field, and affects all life on the planet
