All sessions so far have been on messaging apps with instant replies seen -
this is not the case here.
I have asked oKa if we can shift 'sessions' to somewhere more appropriate and get a thumbs down.
oKa says, 'its actualy 'more appropriate' to have sessions here, in the posting formulae. with some certain changes to the usual format.
Everyone has been given admin status, so they can edit and add to their own, and each others posts - in the session thread.
This is the new 'pick pull extrapolate method'
instead of copying and pasting the chosen word/phrase/post to somewhere else and finishing it.
you will be led back to a post, where you will click the edit button - and type in the additional work. In another color. Another color immediately reveals the extrapolation.
If you are guided back to a post that has already been expanded/added to (and has a color) - then add your additional work with another color
The elementals will do the scrolling back for you - as happened to me yesterday - the thread automatically scrolled back, and i penduled the area i was to add

The Necessary Refreshing to see anothers post or reply.
The constant refreshing, at first seemed a pain - but it is what it is - and thats what you must do. xx
oKa says, does it really matter ? you proceed as per Elemental Guidance, visions and telepathy - seeing anothers post/a previous post in its order, is not really necessary. And she is right - sometimes we are all posting work in a similiar vein - and sometimes we are not .
Also you can have a session on your own - (as that is what you maybe guided to do)
